The catalog itself was the deeper problem. 3,000 SKUs across a seasonal range means more than 1,000 listings need to be completely rebuilt every single year. One naming system for titles and parent-child structure, attribute and keyword rules for generic indexing at scale, a template library covering bullets, comparison blocks and FAQ blocks, and compliance rules covering claims and consistency across the entire catalog. Conversion rates increased by 105% because every listing was built around how the buyer actually makes a purchase decision, not around what the brand wanted to say.

02 Advertising: We rebuilt the entire PPC structure around buyer intent tiers and layered AMC audiences for retargeting across viewers, store visitors and cart intent. Budget rules tied to profit windows rather than spend targets.
